Patience Ogechi Ukor is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RAR Solutions LTD, a purpose-driven enterprise focused on preventing retirement confusion through integrated workforce, retirement, financial, and post-career solutions, With over two decades of entrepreneurial and operational experience.
Patience has worked across healthcare access, financial structures, cooperative systems, digital platforms, and community-based initiatives. Her work consistently addresses one critical gap: the absence of structured continuity for individuals and institutions before, during, and after retirement. She is the architect of RetirementSystem™, a global workforce and retirement intelligence platform designed to help organizations, faith-based institutions, NGOs, and individuals forecast retirement trends, manage transition risks, and maintain lifecycle continuity. Under her leadership, RAR Solutions LTD operates at the intersection of retirement planning, workforce intelligence, health access, financial inclusion, and social impact, with a long-term vision for institutional and government adoption.
Patience is recognized for her institutional thinking, governance-first approach, and phased execution strategy, balancing commercial sustainability with measurable social impact. Acting Chairman, RAR Solutions LTD
Obukaroro O. Ovadje is a seasoned public-sector professional and board-level leader with over three decades of experience spanning education, aviation safety, petroleum regulation, manufacturing, and nonprofit governance.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physics from the University of Benin. His early career included teaching Physics and Mathematics, followed by service as a Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Inspector with Nigeria Airways. He later joined the Department of Petroleum Resources (now the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission), where he served for 25 years and retired in 2019 as Assistant Director, Exploration, after a total of 31 years of public service.
Post-retirement, Mr. Ovadje has remained actively engaged in enterprise development and governance. He is the Chairman of Greenspoint Manufacturing International Limited and provides strategic oversight to businesses in manufacturing and agribusiness. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of The Love Ministry and The Guild of Charity Helpers, contributing to community development and social impact initiatives. Mr. Ovadje currently serves as Acting Chairman of RAR Solutions LTD, providing governance leadership and strategic oversight pending the commencement of full operations.

Dr. Toccara Nicole—also known as The Identity Architect™—is a publisher, global speaker, certified life coach, and visionary strategist dedicated to helping individuals and organizations unlock identity, purpose, and legacy. She brings to the Board deep expertise in authorship, leadership development, and purpose-driven ecosystem building.
She is the Founder and CEO of VOS Consulting & Publishing International and the visionary behind The Authors Authority® ecosystem, where she empowers faith-based women entrepreneurs, justice-impacted individuals, students, and emerging creatives to transform their stories into platforms, businesses, and lasting impact.
Her work blends identity clarity with strategic execution, positioning storytelling as a powerful tool for both personal transformation and economic empowerment.
Dr. Toccara Nicole is also the Co-Founder of The Authors Authority Authorship Guild, Creator and Host of The Authors Authority Lounge TV Show and Podcast, and Founder of the nonprofit Tapping Into Authorship, which serves youth, seniors, and justice-impacted communities through storytelling, healing, and opportunity creation.

Ope Edward Adebeshin, BSc (Econ), MAES, ACA

Ope Edward Adebeshin is a seasoned financial professional, governance advisor, and enterprise strategist with over 35 years of progressive experience spanning accounting, financial management, audit and assurance, taxation, financial modeling, and business and organizational transformation.
His professional foundation was built through six formative years of rigorous accounting training with Ijewere & Co., Chartered Accountants, beginning in 1989. This grounding instilled strong discipline in financial integrity, controls, and professional ethics. Over the decades, he has intentionally expanded and deepened his expertise, continuously acquiring new skills and perspectives to evolve into a multidisciplinary consultant whose practice extends well beyond traditional accounting.
He is the Managing Consultant and Chief Executive Officer of ReachForward Consulting, a professional services firm delivering advisory solutions across computerized accounting systems implementation, audit and assurance, tax consulting, business planning and feasibility studies, financial modeling and scenario analysis, financial and management consulting, business process optimization and turnaround, funds arrangement, recruitment, and outsourcing.
Mr. Adebeshin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, is a Member of the Academic for Entrepreneur Studies (MAES), and a Chartered Accountant (ACA). His professional engagements include advising owner-managed businesses, growth-stage enterprises, and mission-driven organizations on governance frameworks, financial controls, risk management, sustainability planning, capital structuring, and regulatory compliance.
As a Non-Executive Director of RAR Solutions LTD, he provides independent judgment and fiduciary oversight, with particular strength in financial governance, model-driven decision support, risk and sustainability thinking, and strategic accountability. He supports the Board and Management through informed challenge, mentorship, and forward-looking guidance, while maintaining a clear separation from day-to-day operations.
